Digital visibility – Lead generation – Global growth.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build on dwpa’s established marketing function, which already generates leads for the global sales organization.
The website, channels and marketing materials are already in place. Your role will be to improve lead quality, measure the impact of marketing activities and make existing channels even more effective.
You will report to Global Sales Director Jesper Bach and work closely with sales colleagues across Europe, APAC and North America.
This is a hands-on role with considerable independence. You will set priorities and turn them into action, from planning and execution to follow-up, with support from the sales and trainer teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Generating qualified leads and building a stronger flow of customers to sales
- Increasing visibility across relevant platforms and markets
- Developing the website, with a focus on user experience, SEO and conversion
- Planning and running digital campaigns and performance marketing
- Creating content together with colleagues who know the technology, ensuring it resonates with a technical audience
- Measuring the results of marketing activities and reporting them to sales and management
We are looking for someone who has
- At least five years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Documented results with lead generation and marketing automation in B2B
- Solid experience with SEO, conversion optimization and paid campaigns
- A confident grasp of analytics and digital tools
- Experience working closely with a sales organization
- Professional-level Danish and English
You do not need a background in wind or energy. The important thing is that you have the right marketing profile and are willing to learn the industry along the way.
Who you are
You are commercially minded and like seeing your work turn into something sales can act on. You are comfortable running things yourself, but just as comfortable picking up the phone to a trainer or colleague in sales when you need input or information.
And if you see something that could be done differently or more effectively, you are not afraid to say so.
Join a strong team with great ambitions
You will become part of an international workplace where professionalism, collaboration and well-being go hand in hand. You will work with colleagues from six different nationalities and collaborate across borders in a company with ambitious growth plans.
The company offers:
- A central role with real influence on dwpa’s digital direction
- Freedom to test ideas, challenge existing approaches and shape new initiatives
- Close collaboration with management and sales
- An international environment with ambitious growth plans and colleagues from six different nationalities
- The opportunity to explore and apply AI, automation and new digital technologies
- Work that makes a difference to safety and competence in the wind industry
- Salary and terms agreed individually and matched to the requirements of the role
dwpa is recognized for its strong training concept, expertise and integrity within the wind industry.
Salary and employment terms will be aligned with the requirements of the position and will be negotiated individually.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, but we are open to waiting for the right candidate.
The Company
Danish Wind Power Academy, with headquarter in Middelfart, a subsidiary in the USA, and a sales office in Italy, is an innovative, international training and education company experiencing strong growth.
dwpa was founded in 2004 with a single, and very clear purpose – to help owners/operators and maintainers of Renewable Energy assets improve their operational performance and realize their strategic ambitions by helping them develop a deep understanding of their assets.
dwpa set out as wind turbine experts with a deep respect and understanding of the importance of service and maintenance activities – determined to change the wind industry by developing ways to translate this knowledge and experience into programs that would enable the company’s customers and partners to develop the technical competencies required to control their turbines and wind farms.
